Have you heard about this? Khan Academy. Lots of short videos explaining everything from factoring trinomials to the electoral college! If you get stuck while doing homework, and just can't seem to wrap your head around a new concept, check the listing of videos and see if there is something there to help you. There are even test prep videos, for SAT, CAHSEE, GMAT, and more. It looks like a great way to learn new concepts and ideas, or to brush up on old ones.
If you look at the top of the website, you can choose to see the videos listed (WATCH) or do some practice questions (PRACTICE). Create a login so you can track your progress. You can even earn badges, like Apprentice Arithmetician.
